Audits
Achieving Greater carry out audits in line with the Ofsted inspection framework, regulations and quality standards.
As part of the audit process Achieving Greater will undertake the following tasks:
- Listening and talking to children and young people
- Observing practice
- Hold discussions with staff and managers
- Produce and analyse children and staff questionnaires
- Review and analysis records
- Check policies and procedures
- Case file reading
- Provide on-going feedback, advice and assistance to the Registered Manager and responsible individual
- Provide evidenced based verbal and written feedback in line with Ofsted framework and evaluation criteria
- Highlight strengths and weakness and areas for improvement
