Achieving Greater will check policies and procedures reflect regulations, standards, statutory and non-statutory guidance.

This may include:

  • Assistance in developing and reviewing policies and procedures for Ofsted and CQC registration
  • Evaluating whether policies and procedures are working in practice
  • Supporting staff to be involved in development and review of policies and procedures

Complaints process

Achieving Greater can provide assistance with your complaints policy and procedures.

This may include:

  • Assistance with analyzing the issues raised by complainants
  • Provide impartial advice and support to complainant and or provider
  • Review policy and procedures to ensure accessibility to children and young people and their representatives
  • Be part of a formal stage complaint panel
  • Assist with raising complaints with Ofsted
